The 3-star superior hotel is located on the Elbe island, at the former entrance to the International Garden Show, now the Wilhelmsburg Island Park. Our 82 rooms are something special: named after native tree species, they offer a healthy and cosy atmosphere through the combination of natural materials, ecological fixtures and state-of-the-art technology, without sacrificing comfort. As part of our hotel team in the Wälderhaus sustainability centre, you will gain insights into sustainability projects along the way.

Your tasks:
✓ Guest relations with check-in and check-out
✓ Communication with guests
✓ Processing emails and reservations
✓ Light bookkeeping tasks
Your profile:
✓ You are like us: A host with heart and soul
✓ You have a positive attitude to work, where work doesn't feel like work at all
✓ German comes easily to your lips, you are proficient in English and possibly even other foreign languages
✓ You have preferably successfully completed training as a hotel manager m/f/d - but career changers are also welcome and can count on thorough training
✓ You act independently and responsibly
✓ Guests feel they are in good hands with you
✓ You can use Opera with confidence
